No, we’re not a travel agency. We’re a Makkah-based coordination team that provides local ground support for travel agencies. You manage the pilgrims and package — we manage the local logistics.

Yes. We work with budget-friendly 2★ and 3★ hotels, trusted local restaurants, and reliable transport providers. Our local presence allows us to negotiate better rates and avoid middleman markups.
We currently focus on value-oriented services: 2★ and 3★ hotel bookings, group coordination, and transport. If you require 5★ options, we can advise or help liaise, but we don’t sell full packages.
Very flexible. We don’t sell fixed packages. You can request hotel-only, meals-only, or full support. We can also adjust services for different group sizes and special requirements.
No. We only provide local, ground-based services within Saudi Arabia. Your agency remains responsible for all travel arrangements, visas, and international ticketing.
Absolutely. Since we are based in Makkah year-round, we can act quickly on the ground, from solving hotel check-in issues to arranging last-minute transport or meal changes.
